To give you a little context, this was the only hotel that I booked in my 2 week trip in Europe. I stayed in hostels most of the time and thought of booking a hotel in my last destination which was Nice so I can relax and get the experience that I want. And it was the best decision that I have made! The staff are all warm and accommodating. The property was very clean and modern. My room was in decent size and very comfortable. It has all the things that I need during my stay. Breakfast was really good too and I enjoyed it. The hotel is also near the train and tram stations which made it easier to roam around. Will highly recommend this hotel to everyone who will visit the French Riviera. I will surely book this again once I’m back in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Nice. The staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, always eager to assist with any information we needed. A special thanks to Esther and Eveglen at the reception for their exceptional service. Chef Mohemod was also very welcoming and made our experience even more enjoyable. The hotel offers 24-hour free coffee and complimentary bottled water, which is a great touch. The breakfast is delicious and reasonably priced. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and amenities.

The hotel is great in terms of service and staff. They are friendly and accommodating in general. Breakfast was good. Cafe vanilla was really nice 😊 Location is very close to the train station .

i booked a junior suite with balcony, and it was really nice; the room was spacious and the balcony very convenient. I liked the room cause it was not cluttered, i.e. few (nice and useful) furniture. Beds were relatively comfortable, but the duvet was too warm for my taste (I think the filling was polyester). Rooms were cleaned every day. Breakfast was good. Personnel was very kind and helpful. Location was good, next to the train station, which was very practical cause our main destination was Monaco. Surprisingly enough the area around the train station was rather decent.

Room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was excellent, it included made to order eggs! The location was very good.( very close to the train). The staff were top shelf. The lady who arranged to have my shower fixed and extended my stay was very good as was "Victor" who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome upon my arrival and every time he saw me after.!!!

Everything was excellent! Hotel is like an oasis of calm in a rush city. Bed was super comfortable, breakfasts were amazing - a french gourmet experience, large selection! Staff of hotel was very helpful and nice, room very clean - everyday change of towels. All day posibility of bottled water and coffee/tea for free, comfortable sitting in the hall, luggage storage on the day of departure. Thank you for everything, you took really royal care of us! We look forward to seeing you again!

It’s a really great location and the staff is kind. The room I stayed in was for only me (solo traveling) and I thought it was very perfect. The bathroom is really small but it’s still really nice. I didn’t need much room in there for it to just be me. The bedroom was nice sized and the bed itself was kinda huge. No big complaints about the room or hotel.

This is our third time in this hotel. For the first time, I picked this hotel for a business trip to Cannes, which is too expensive and low in quality if you cannot pay top dollar. The rooms are big enough, the facilities are adequate, the air conditioning is effective, and the staff is excellent. The bonus point of this hotel is its location, which is perfect for us since we are using Nice as the base camp to travel around Cote d'Azur and Provance; the location is a 2-minute walk to the train station. Staff and location are why we keep going back, whether it's a business trip or holiday.
